With the development of Edgewater, what will happen to the roads/streets of Oakmont? Will they be able to sustain all these new people in the community?

I have not heard anything as far as a monthly newsletter with updates about the new development. I would like to see more information on the types of townhouses, duplexes, and manor flats you are building. I want to see what it is going to look like and the prices of all these so that my husband and i can determine what we can afford and if we can afford. Not enough information has been given. Please advise.

    • Welcome to Edgewater

The streets are familiar and perfect for walking. homes are the best of what you remember. And still, wholly new. The river has returned. Neighborhood shops and offices are just a walk away. There are green spaces where you’ll meet up with friends, play with the kids. This is a sustainable community – both in LEED-certified design and feeling.
