Edgewater is one of the region’s premier new neighborhoods located in Oakmont along the Allegheny River. The former Edgewater Steel Plant site will be transformed into a new traditional neighborhood that will be comprised of for-sale single and multi-family homes, neighborhood retail and office space. As a part of its commitment to the community, Edgewater will be providing athletic fields as well as building a park and walking trail along the banks of the Allegheny River that will be returned to public ownership and deeded to Oakmont.

With the development of Edgewater, what will happen to the roads/streets of Oakmont? Will they be able to sustain all these new people in the community?
I have not heard anything as far as a monthly newsletter with updates about the new development. I would like to see more information on the types of townhouses, duplexes, and manor flats you are building. I want to see what it is going to look like and the prices of all these so that my husband and i can determine what we can afford and if we can afford. Not enough information has been given. Please advise.
We are currently in Penn Hills and DEFINITELY
interested! Please put us on the update list!!
