We recently came across some aerial photos of the Edgewater site that provide a good overview of the entire development. The photos were taken about a year ago, and based on our most recent construction updates, you can get an idea of the amount of work that has been completed in the past few months. In the gallery below you will find a site plan and an aerial photo with the general area of the Edgewater site shaded in yellow. Hopefully this will provide a better perspective when looking at these aerial views.

I like your Web Site pictorial views of how the Edgewater/EQA land in Oakmont was before and present and the ongoing of its developing stages, thus far and into the future neighborhood! Keep up the great work! I will be keeping an eye out for the daily improvements that you have planned for our Oakmont!

In my possesion I have around 42 photos of the Edgewater Steel Mill when it was producing the railway products that were made there at the site that now is for residental housing give me a call if you wish to see some of the photos
Hope there is some first floor master bedrooms and some ability to modify before purchase.
