Edgewater writes a new history for the long-vacated former Edgewater Steel facility, once the largest employer in the bi-borough region and largest steel train wheel manufacturer in the world. After years of lying vacant, Kacin Companies and EQA worked with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and the US Environmental Protection Agency to reclaim and redevelop the land. The result? Returning the river and its land to the people of Edgewater.
